Meet Amanda, CEO

Amanda founded Dandelion after experiencing firsthand how painful and disorienting it can be when a family is left without a plan. When she was 19, her mother died unexpectedly, leaving no will, no clear documents, and no roadmap for what came next. After 15 years building and scaling teams at LinkedIn, NerdWallet, and Vouch Insurance, Amanda started Dandelion to help other families prepare with more clarity, care, and support.

Meet Nneka, COO

Prior to co-founding Dandelion, Nneka spent eight years at Visa, where she led business development, partnerships, and operations teams in the B2B fintech and global merchant businesses. She is a former startup operator and University of Pennsylvania and Harvard alum.

Nneka is service-oriented leader driven by a deep belief that every family deserves access to tools and protections that give parents peace of mind.

As it turns out, peace of mind feels pretty good.
