Meet Amanda, CEO

Amanda founded Dandelion after experiencing firsthand how painful and disorienting it can be when a family is left without a plan. When she was 19, her mother died unexpectedly, leaving no will, no clear documents, and no roadmap for what came next. After 15 years building and scaling teams at LinkedIn, NerdWallet, and Vouch Insurance, Amanda started Dandelion to help other families prepare with more clarity, care, and support.

Meet Sam, CTO

Sam brings 20 years of software experience from Quid, NerdWallet, Vouch, and Hiscox, where he built systems and teams at the intersection of regulated industries and human-centered design. After navigating parental loss in his own family and seeing firsthand the gaps that remain even with some planning in place, he joined Dandelion to build what families actually need when the moment comes.
