Every plan includes unlimited Emergency Keyholders. Once you are in, you will have the option to add them and send them an email invite. Once they accept, they will have access if and when they need it. You will get an alert whenever someone has accessed your Playbook.

Your Playbook and membership are covered by a 30-day guarantee. Documents are fully refundable within 30 days if you haven't generated one yet. If you have, we'll fix any error on our end at no cost, or refund the document if we can't. See our full refund policy for details.
