Dandelion Refund Policy

Membership

If you're on Playbook Only or you're renewing your membership for another year, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. After 30 days, your membership is active through its full term. Cancel anytime to stop future renewals — Settings > Membership.

Documents (or Plans with Document Bundles)

If you purchased any singular documents or bundled document plan, here's how a refund works:

  • Haven't generated a document yet? Full refund, any time in your first 30 days.
  • Already generated one or more documents? Your Playbook and membership access are refundable within 30 days (the refunded amount will be equal to an annual membership cost). The documents themselves are refundable only if Dandelion or one of our partners made an error — a wrong state law applied, a drafting mistake, something on our end, not yours. If we can't fix it, or you'd rather not continue, we'll refund the document at the price you paid.
  • Submit a request. We'll review within 3 business days.

We don't refund for information you entered incorrectly — a beneficiary's name, an address, a guardian choice. As part of your membership, you can update those anytime.

Print & Ship

Once your documents have shipped, Print & Ship is non-refundable.

Third-Party Services

Some services on Dandelion, like notary appointments, attorney review, and insurance policies, are provided by outside partners. Refunds, cancellations, and billing questions for those should go directly through our partners, not Dandelion.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@joindandelion.com with:

  • Email address on file (if not the one you are emailing from)
  • What you're requesting a refund for, and why

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. We don't issue refunds by check.

Upgrading or downgrading
